Summary of Conversations on the Study of Dunhuang&Turpan Manuscripts and Medieval History of China

  On May 21^st, asymposium was organized by overseas and domestic scholars on theDunhuang&Turpan Manuscripts and held in Wuhan University successfully. Overfifty scholars from different academic institutes took part in this symposium.This forum met with the eightieth birthday of Prof. Zhu Lei, the formerPresident of Association of Tang Dynasty Study, former dean of the HistoryDepartment of Wuhan University and Chair of the Institute of Chinese 3-9Centuries Study. Scholars took this occasion to retrospect and celebrate theacademic achievement of Prof. Zhu Lei.
